Royal Gala is regarded as one of the world’s finest, most popular apples.

Originating in New Zealand, Royal Gala are sweet and crisp an a light, juicy flesh, with bright red stripes, on a creamy background.

Pink Lady ®

A cross between the Golden Delicious and Lady Williams, the Pink Lady ® was developed in Western Australia.

This tart and sweet apple is medium sized with a pink blush over a creamy green background.

New Zealand Queen

Crisp, juicy and moderately sweet, the New Zealand Queen apple has intensely red coloured skin, with small creamy speckles.

The apple’s flesh is white in colour and fine-grained in texture.

Fuji

Fuji apples are crisp and juicy with a sugary-sweet flavour that resembles freshly-pressed apple juice.

The interior of the apple boasts firm, creamy-white flesh while it’s outer colour varies from a soft pink stripe with a creamy background to a beautiful bright red. Fuji apples store well, which makes them a great treat, all year round.

Great for both cooking and eating fresh, this bright green apple originated in Australia, discovered as a chance seedling by Maria Ann (Granny ) Smith.

This apple has a fresh, tangy flavour, and juicy white flesh that resists browning when sliced.
